Prime Health Foundation has two grant categories, annual grants and discretionary fund grants, with different requirements.
Applications for annual grants are accepted once per year and must be submitted by August 15, or the next business day, if that date falls on a weekend. Decisions are typically finalized in December, and grants funded in the first quarter of the following year.
Annual grant amounts vary based upon the scope of the request and the funding amount available for that year.
Historically, the Foundation has favored giving smaller monetary grants to a larger number of organizations. Amounts typically range from $10,000 to $50,000. In general, the Prime Health Foundation does not support capital campaigns.
